Cordes & Company was named receiver for an abandoned gas station and convenience store in Arbuckle, California. The property had multiple environmental violations. We were able to negotiate with local and regional agencies to maintain and manage the existing infrastructure of the property (without incurring permanent closing expenses) so that it could be successfully sold through receivership to a private buyer.
