Bellann Raile, an individual and member/manager of Cordes & Company, LLC shall serve as the sole agent of the Receiver for purposes of the Order to manage the winding up of Tri-County Health Department's ("TCHD's") affairs including the disposition of its assets, liabilities, leases, vital records, and medical records.
