Cordes was appointed to an off-campus student housing apartment property located in downtown Denver. It is located on floors 17 through 30 in a high rise building sitting atop a hotel that occupies the floors below (Student Housing/Mixed Use). In addition to the living units on the top floor there are offices, resident amenities to include a fitness center, outdoor rooftop barbeque, indoor/outdoor gaming lounge, etc. The Property contains 438 residential rooms located in 124 units throughout the fourteen floors. The receiver encountered considerable issues to include nonworking elevators, security deposits, past due association dues, property personnel, and property operations to name a few.
