With over 20 years of work experience in real estate finance, asset management and development, Mike Staheli is responsible at Cordes & Company for the management of real estate receiverships involving development, construction, marketing and sales as well as providing real estate advisory services for select clients. Mike has managed commercial, residential and resort developments, handled real estate transactions and secured acquisition and development financing while working with Hines, Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors and Brookside Development over his career. Mike holds a MBA degree from the University of Southern California in real estate finance and a Colorado real estate broker’s license.
