A small retail center in Parker, Colorado, was in distress and could not make its loan payments. When the secured lender began foreclosure proceedings on the property, Cordes & Company was appointed as receiver to manage and stabilize the property. We worked with vendors to deal with maintenance issues, resolved certain tenant issues, investigated issues with the books and records, and managed the property during the foreclosure period. The secured lender was the successful bidder at the foreclosure sale.
