Suni is a commercial real estate professional with 18-years experience in both property management and commercial brokerage. Her qualifications include proficiency in valuation, negotiation, transaction processing, budgeting and reforcasting, tenant and vendor relations, team building and inventing business practices. Suni has managed multi-million dollar retail shopping centers for Simon Property Group, Urban Retail Properties and Equity Properties and Development, LP and was part of a team who sold $125M in investment properties.
She has spent her real estate career increasing the value of commercial properties for their owners, generating sales and increasing both revenues and profitability.
