Layne is a CPA with a highly diversified background in public accounting and a variety of industries. She has worked for two of the “Big Five” public accounting firms and also the managing principal of a local accounting firm. She held senior level financial management positions in the areas of real estate development, construction, hospitality management and medical practice management. An Accredited Business Valuator (“ABV”), Layne currently focuses most of her time in the areas of business valuation and litigation support, including forensic accounting investigation and analysis, reporting, and expert testimony.
