For those of you who know Ed, he exhibits a special flair to his approach on life and business. He is often described as intelligent, animated and charming. He is just as comfortable in a suit with the lawyer crowd as he is in his jeans and cowboy boots with the operational folks. He is the consummate businessman. He sets the tone and provides the overall management of the projects at Cordes & Company. Seriously, and more specifically, he has been involved in everything that the firm does from forensic accounting to economic damage determinations to business valuations and the operation of receiverships. He also carries an impressive list of testimony experiences in a wide variety of settings (District Court, Federal Courts, arbitration and the like).
