A small Colorado company was embroiled in a contract dispute with a large national media company that resulted from the termination of the contract by the media company. Cordes was retained by the Colorado company to identify and quantify the damages that resulted from the alleged breach of contract. Cordes was able to work with the company's financial personnel, review the necessary books and records and put together an extensive report that calculated and supported damages suffered as a result of the breach of contract. The report and related analysis was used by the company as part of the process that eventually resulted in a settlement of the underlying litigation.
