A visiting nurse placement business was owned by two partners who disagreed over operation of the business as well as other issues. The Douglas County District Court appointed Cordes & Company as receiver until the lawsuit could be resolved. Cordes provided reliable discovery, performed a business valuation and assisted in the construction of a settlement agreement. The partners went their separate ways.
