Edward B. Cordes
(1951-2020)
After a long battle with cancer, Ed passed away at the age of 68 on March 10, 2020. He formed Cordes & Company (the “Firm”) in 1983 and was a larger-than-life professional involved in many endeavors including dispute resolution, banking, bankruptcy, litigation services, agriculture, business valuation and other industries. Anybody who met Ed quickly discovered that he was a farm boy from a small town in northeastern Colorado named Roggen and sought to resolve the challenges brought to him with a practical, down-to-earth and good-humored approach. His quick wit, brilliant thinking and salty language will be missed by those whose professional and personal lives he touched.
